My grazing buddies are always telling me they are "in search of greener pastures". My fine feathered friends call it migration. Other members of the animal world just call it "finding a home". Humans have created an entire industry around what they call "real estate". In the cow world, we just find a nice shade tree in the heat of summer or a wonderful barn in the cold of winter. Having a little hay in the barn is also nice.
Most milk cows have a pretty good life. Humans provide free shelter and food, and a place to exercise and graze. They only must endure those machines massaging their udders each day. Humans identify other cows as "beef cattle". We cows just plain don't appreciate that term.
When it comes to real estate, cows don't have to make offers, or counter offers. Cows don't put signs in front of their barns and we don't have any special real estate talk such as: interest rates, mortgages, titles, points, equity, FHA, VA, etc..
