Betty has lived in the Greensboro and Triad Area of North Carolina since 1978. She has worked as a Realtor since 1984. Before entering a career in real estate, she obtained a Graduate Certification in Special Education and worked with students who have a wide range of learning, mental and emotional disabilities. This experience has provided guidance to numerous families with special needs children.

Betty and her family are avid supporters of animal adoption and animal rescue organizations. She is a member of the Greensboro Woman’s Club, an organization that supports local charities and events.

She has lived in Chicago, Hawaii, Rhode Island and North Carolina. She has visited numerous countries in Europe and has a solid understanding of the difficulties of moving a family from such diverse locations.

Betty has 30+ years in real estate and manages her team (The Betty Hill Team of 20+ years) in proper sales and marketing skills, photography and video, staging, online communication, transactions, and administration processes. Her knowledge of real estate is highly respected in the community and she has educated numerous new agents as to the importance of integrity and proper ethics in the practice of marketing real estate.

She has thousands of clients that have been amazed at how she handles the most difficult situations in which they saved financially and minimized potentially stressful situations in the process.

Betty specializes in the mid-range to luxury single family home, towne home, condominium and land sales in the Triad Area.
